I am currently using PowerPoint 2007 and would like to send a PPS document to someone who is still using PowerPoint 2005 (i think). Do you know if they will be able to open it? I have been told that if I save the presentation as a 97-03 and then open it and save it as a PPS file they will then be able to open it. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Jackie
